The Philadelphia Supreme Court is being asked to nullify the admission of a lewd act found in Bill Cosby’s jury questionnaire into evidence during his sexual assault trial in 2017.

As for Cosby himself, he is still locked up in Pennsylvania, serving out a three- to 10-year sentence after being convicted of sexual assault in April of 2017.

Fox News legal analyst Robert Hochfelder joins Mike Emanuel to discuss the outcome of Cosby’s appeal and why the appeal is not likely to succeed.

Plus, Hochfelder discusses President Trump’s release of former President Obama’s immigration memos, former NBA player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s demands for the Chicago Bulls to deport him, the Trump administration’s order that the Humane Society terminate funding to an environmental group, as well as Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s trip to Haiti to discuss solving the migrant crisis.

And, Bob explains the different degrees of cross-examination from past presidential candidates President Clinton, Senator Kerry, Sen. Bush, and President Obama during presidential debates.
